How it works

GENERAL POLICY

REDWOOD STRATEGY LTD provides personalised consulting and mentoring services delivered through private sessions.Due to the nature of these services, all purchases are considered final once the session has been delivered.

Before your session

Refunds requested before your session begins

Clients may request to reschedule their session with at least 48 hours’ notice.Refund requests made before the session has taken place may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval is at the sole discretion of REDWOOD STRATEGY LTD.

After your session

Sessions are final once delivered

Once a session has been completed, no refunds will be issued.By purchasing a session, you acknowledge that the service consists of time, expertise, and personalised strategic guidance, which cannot be returned.

No-show policy

Missing your session without notice means it's considered delivered

If a client fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be considered delivered and will not be refunded.

Technical difficulties

We reschedule sessions affected by technical issues at no extra cost

In the event of technical difficulties on our side that prevent the session from taking place, the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost.

Rare circumstances

Refunds in exceptional situations

We recognize that occasionally circumstances beyond standard policy arise. If you believe your situation warrants consideration for a refund, we review each request individually and retain full discretion to approve or decline based on the specific details you provide.
